Welcome to the Footwork website.
Footwork is a project to imagine a world where the normal way to travel is on foot or by bicycle. The aim is to collect words, images, graphs, maps, statistics, and practical examples to build a coherent picture of a Foot Powered Transport system. Footwork also aims to present the case Against Car Culture, exposing the range and the depth of problems caused by the transport system that we have now in which cars are the normal way to travel.
Footwork is not a group or an organisation - anyone can contribute to the project.
